I think there are 2 important things about doing eyeliners.
First of all, find the most suitable eyeliner product for yourself. I remember at the beginnigs I only felt comfortable using gel liner, now after about 3 years practice I feel confident with all types.
Secondly, find the most suitable wing for your eyeshape. After this you can start drawing your eyeliner that can be varying as there are just so many ways to do it. I'll show you mine today. :)
I basically do my eyeliner in 3 steps.
- At first I draw a line upwards from the outer edge of my eye. I do this strictly with open eye as I really think is the easiest way to make the wings even on both eyes and also because you obviously can see how far you need to go. I personally never stretch my skin as it might change the angle I want to achieve.
- After that from the top of that line that's been just drawn, I draw a line without any stops towards my inner corner as thick as I feel like.
- Finally, I simply fill in the gap and I'm ready. :)
How do you guys do your eyeliner? :)
